Nicky, a middle-grade student, must complete an assignment about mining. However, it’s not until Nicky travels down into a mine with a yellow canary that life and the assignment, become fascinating! Who knew so much went on in a mine?

Mining Rocks includes comedy, drama, songs and even a television quiz show! This original STC musical production is suitable for young audiences and features local student actors, colourful sets and original costumes!
