Suffice it to say, the hallmark of STC is our auditorium, however, we do have loads of other space and peripheral services that we offer to organizations for very reasonable prices.

AUDITORIUM
Our leading-edge auditorium comfortably seats 289 people in a climate-controlled environment. It hosts all STC mainstage productions as well as several independent and touring productions and performing arts events throughout the season. The STC auditorium is the perfect venue for full-scale performing arts productions or low-key conferences and events, and everything in between.
Auditorium rentals can also be complemented by our full suite of technical equipment and in-house production and box office services.
Auditorium rental fees include the STC Cabaret and STC Gallery. Additional personnel fees may apply.

STC CABARET + STC GALLERY
The STC Cabaret is the perfect venue for hosting small scale gatherings, parties, media events, or to compliment your auditorium rental. The sleek, warm space is comfortably furnished with a modern styling and can be adapted to any layout or configuration you need. The STC Cabaret and its accompanying outdoor patio are fully licensed under the LCBO and can provide open, cash, or ticket bar service for your event.
Our spacious STC Gallery features a large brick gallery wall, display cases and framed pin-boards, a large coat check, and 36″ LCD flatscreen. It is also a fully-licensed area and is an ideal location for a wine table or specialty drink stand.
STC Cabaret and STC Gallery rentals are included with an auditorium rental. Additional personnel fees may apply.
GALLAGHER BOX OFFICE SERVICES
STC can provide complete box office and ticketing services to complement your facility rental or off-site event. Many organizations take advantage of our central and recognizable location and expert service for all their ticket sales needs.
Our automated ticketing system is comprehensive, efficient and secure, and can be custom programmed to your requirements.
STC will provide you with in-person, over-the-phone, and online ticket sales using the same enterprise system we use for our own mainstage season. A customized ticket is designed for your event and is printed on the same high-quality card stock we use ourselves.

EQUIPMENT
STC maintains a full suite of specialized and state-of-the-art technical equipment. If you need it, chances are we have it here.
Auditorium rentals include standard technical equipment. Additional specialized gear including follow spots, fog/haze machines, intercom systems or wireless microphones are available for additional rental fees. Off-site rentals are available for select equipment.
COSTUMES + PROPS
STC maintains a large collection of wardrobe garments and accessories, stage props, and set dressings. If you’re looking for that period-specific look or that hard-to-find item, chances are we may have it. Most pieces in our collection are available for short-term theatre, film or television rentals. We do not rent out costumes for personal use. Looking for something specific or maybe just want to browse? Schedule an appointment to see what we have in our collection.
DONATIONS
STC is happy to receive donations of wardrobe pieces or unique items that will fit well in our collection. Items can be dropped off at the box office during normal business hours. Though we’d like to accept everything, we have limited storage space. Everyday clothing items and ordinary household goods are best donated to community organizations like the Jarrett Centre.
